Happy Easter! The gifts I count this week are full of the joy of Easter!
#91. Little Nolan finally being well enough to come home on Easter Sunday! He is our little Easter miracle!
#92. the gratitude of our family for all the prayers that have been said for Nolan
#93. the freedom to worship at the altar of Christ
#94. sacramental reconciliation and experiencing the grace of forgiveness
#95. Resurrection joy!
#96. Easter linens
#97. beautiful foil-covered chocolate eggs!
#98. chocolate covered strawberries
#99. never being too old for Easter treats
#100. the joy of recognizing 100 precious God-given gifts in my life!
Counting gifts becomes easy, even in the midst of difficulty, when your eyes are open to the hand of God in your life. I am grateful for seeing the gifts that are all around me... daily... and naming each one. I am grateful that each gift is a gift from Him!

Ah Joanne, so glad to hear he was able to come home on Easter Sunday!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to hear about Nolan! I have been praying for him, and was wondering how he was doing.
ReplyDeleteI agree, never too old for Easter treats. My 15 yr old was suprised she still got an Easter basket. I will never stop giving them an Easter treat. Even when they are adults, they will always be my kids ;-)
I second that Bobbi! I shopped and made up Easter baskets for 6 teenagers ranging from 14 to 19 years old. Their eyes light up just as much now as they did when they were younger.
ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear Nolan is home where he belongs.
Hope you had a great Easter!
So happy to hear your Easter miracle! Your Easter linens are beautiful. I love never being old for sweet Easter treats! We are all adults now and still get Easter baskets from my parents. ♥ Wonderful gift list!
