Lovely!

I just couldn't wait to scrapbook one of my niece's photos, so with the rainy weather this past weekend and not having to work, I was able to do just that!

I used some paper from the Madison Avenue collection from MME Lost and Found. It worked really well with the pink rose in the photo.

I added a die-cut and ribbon from the same line and a couple of butterflies from Jenni Bowlin.

Then I created a ruffle from some left over tissue paper that happened to be the perfect color.

The addition of the musical note paper is just perfect for a page for Emily. She is an extremely talented pianist and at only 15-years-old is enrolled in a special program at the University of Michigan. I could seriously listen to her play for hours and she will often indulge me and the rest of my family when we all get together. In fact one of her girlfriends from school, also a talented musician and composer, wrote an original piece for my niece, called Emily's Song. It is the most soul touching piece and it is always my first request.

I am glad that the paper allowed me to capture a bit of who Emily is :)

Thanks for looking ~
