Top 10 of 2013

Scrapbooking is such an exciting journey for me.  Yes, I said journey, not hobby.  That is because when I scrapbook I feel like I am on a creative road that has no boundaries or ending.  Each little creation, every new design, is a visible expression of the creative process for me.  It can be in the form of a card, a layout, an altered item or a home decor paper craft, but each creation is a giving birth to something new for me and it gives me such joy!

It is common for scrapbookers to post their Top 10 layouts and I thought I would do that again this year.  It is a nice summary of where my journey has led me over the past twelve months.  (I love looking back over my Top 10 for 2012 and it was fun going back over this past year as well.)

Oops!  I ended up with twelve - lol!  But I just can't narrow it down to 10!

Each of these layouts has made my Top 10 for different reasons. For most of them, I remember the process of creating them, the careful choosing of the photos, products and techniques I used.  For others, I just love the finished design!  But for all of them, they have each captured a special memory for me, and that brings joy to my heart.
