It's time for another Little Red Wagon challenge! This week Rosanne has asked us to to add a banner to our project. I ♥ banners!

The inspiration for this card came from some new paper and embellies that were recently added to my wagon. They are from Pebbles Inc. and I couldn't resist making a sweet baby card with them.
