Little Red Wagon #106

Today's challenge at Little Red Wagon was to make something that says congratulations.


I didn't have a clue what I was going to do until I saw my messy scrapbooking table with some fabulous scraps laying on it. Perfect for a card!

    Great card. I use my scraps up as well. A lot of my layouts are made from scraps too.
